The role consists of the following;

First point of contact via phone and emails

Scheduling the team and subcontractors

Actioning progress jobs

Actioning recurring jobs

Actioning warranty claims
-
Data entry
Secondary tasks:

Preparing invoices
This role would require the employee to be available full-time 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

They must show pride in their workmanship and themselves

Have interpersonal skills and be able to handle difficult situations

Work calmly within higher workload peak periods

Must work well within a team

Have great attention to detail

Have a fundamental understanding of software operations

Have administration experience
